Our Role

Cube Consultants is an architectural construction company that specializes in building unique and innovative structures. The company is looking to revamp its website and mobile application to provide an exceptional user experience for its customers. As a Snowball designer, my role is to understand the needs and goals of the user, research and analyze user behaviour and feedback, and create design solutions that are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use.

Responsibility

Our responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability tests, and providing design recommendations based on user feedback.

User Research

To understand the user, we will conduct qualitative research by interviewing users, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback from customer service representatives. We will also conduct quantitative research by analyzing website analytics and user behaviour.

Summary

Cube Consultants’ users are primarily architects, engineers, and construction professionals who are looking for unique and innovative building solutions. They are tech-savvy and expect a seamless user experience when browsing through the website and mobile application.

Pain Point

The pain point that Cube Consultants’ users are facing is the difficulty in finding the services they need and understanding the company’s portfolio. Users are also finding it hard to get in touch with the company.

Personas

Based on our user research, we have created a persona named Sarah, who represents Cube Consultants’ typical user. Sarah is a 32-year-old architect who is looking for unique and innovative building solutions. She is tech-savvy and expects a seamless user experience when browsing through the website and mobile application.

Problem Statements and User Journey Map

After analyzing the user research, we have identified the following problem statements: 1. Users are finding it difficult to navigate through the website and find the services they need. 2. The website’s content is limited, making it hard for users to understand the company’s portfolio and services. 3. Users are finding it hard to get in touch with the company. To address these issues, we will create a user journey map and a detailed user flow and snowball structure.
